We have faced the new world of credential formats and have found the opportunities in badges, certifications, and even more (superbadges, anyone?). We'll share what we have learned from a year of exploration into credential formats from focus groups, interviews, customer deep dives, and stakeholders and how we've transformed that information into a strategy that elevates the value of all credentials, including certification.
